Shipping/Returns
Returns:
All orders are finale sale. We do not accept returns on any orders.
Due to the fact that our stuff is made to order, refunds and exchanges based on incorrect sizing or sizing/fit not meeting expectations is not possible.
In the event that your product shows up damaged or misprinted in some ways we will be happy to figure out the quickest way to get you a new one - email us within the first 24 hours upon receiving the product at openpinealgland@outlook.com with photos, description and order number
Proccessing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be printed and packed. This processing time is separate from the delivery time. Please also note that printing and shipping occur only on business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday the process of printing, packing, then shipping will only begin on Monday.
Shipping:
Orders going to the United States have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 8 to 21 business days. (Delivery times may vary depending on your order's size, weight and destination).
Can I change my order once it's placed?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to sizes or items. If you wish to cancel your entire order there is no guarantee we can fulfill your request. You must contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before our print provider starts the production process.
Lost or Stolen Package:
Open Pineal Gland cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
Incorrect Address:
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped.
International Shipping:
Open Pineal Gland cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.

You may keep track of your order by going on our "Track your order" page and entering your order number, email, or tracking number.
